Try a calming, simple facial
Pregnancy hormones can trigger all sorts of skin mishaps: Yours may become more dry or oily, or you can develop sensitivities to scents or products, even to those you've used before. Jennifer Lak, director of Spa Oceana at Loews Don Cesar Hotel, in St. Pete Beach, Florida, offers this effective plan to keep skin glowing.
1. Wash your face with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser, using upward circular motions to increase circulation. We recommend Hada Labo Tokyo Hydrating Facial Cleanser ($12; Ulta.com).

2. Unclog pores with the help of a face mask such as Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask ($17 for 1.7 oz; Sephora.com). Rinse off after ten minutes, then apply your favorite night cream.

Mix up a shine-enhancing hair mask
Loving how thick your hair is now? Amp up the luster too! Nichole Hester, director of spa for Chuan Spa at the Langham Huntington Hotel, in Pasadena, California, gives this at-home mask recipe.
In a bowl, blend half an avocado and one egg yolk with a fork until there are no clumps, about one minute. Comb the mixture from roots to ends. Put on a shower cap and let the ingredients penetrate for 15 minutes. Rinse and then shampoo and condition as usual. In a rush? Try Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask ($6; Drugstore.com).
Treat your feet to a posh pedicure
Your whole body will feel revived when you pamper your soles. Marie Watkinson, founder of Spa Chicks on the Go, a mobile spa service in New York City, recommends this pared-down version
of a pedicure that focuses on nourishing your skin and relaxing away tension. We promise you'll love how pretty your toes look too.
1. Soak feet in warm water with a few drops of bath oil. Aqua Spa Soothe Bath Oil ($10; Amazon.com) contains eucalyptus and mint.

2. Pat feet dry, then clip and file your toenails. Next, tackle rough heels. Use Clarisonic Pedi ($200; Clarisonic.com) for spa-worthy results. Once your feet are buffed to perfection, give them a boost of hydration by slathering on a product such as Freeman Bare Foot Spa Professional Moisturizing Massage Cream ($6; FreemanBeauty.com).

3. For pregnant tootsies, we're fans of lacquers that are free of harsh chemicals, like these at left in this season's trendiest shades. If reaching your feet is tough, meet your new best friend: The Julep Plié Wand ($25; Julep.com). It's an extra-long nail-polish handle with a brush that dips into any bottle. Genius for getting a neater finish.
